We are hiring a Production Senior Team Leader for the following shifts:
- Weekend Shift 1 Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (3 12-hour shifts) 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
YOUR OBJECTIVE
To effectively manage all people and processes on your assigned shift, while promoting and maintaining a positive work environment that regularly meets daily output goals.
YOUR JOB
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily start-of-shift meetings outlining goals, expectations, and company updates
- Oversee and manage junior team leads in their respective areas
- Ensure performance benchmarks are being met throughout each process of production
- Maintain a positive culture and work environment where employees feel valued and positioned for success
- Proactively identify opportunities and risks within each work area, recommending action plans to drive progress and improve results
- Effectively manage conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce the safety program and ensure all policies are followed
- Maintain a neat, organized, clean, and safe work environment
- Document and report all injuries within 24 hours to Management
- Painlessly and effortlessly stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, push and pull continuously
- Regularly lift heavy objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management
Requirements
Your Experience and Qualifications
- You effectively use MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel
- You have at least one year’s supervisory experience in a production environment
- You speak and write basic English
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
