Responsibilities:
- Learning the Improvado product and contributing to its improvement
- Being an expert in terms of building ETL/ELT pipelines behind Improvado's customers
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs, marketing tools, data structure, etc.
- Developing and enhancing skills in working with API data sources and tools such as Postman, Google Colab, Jupyter Notebook, and similar platforms.
- Gaining skills in using tools like Loki, Grafana, and others to troubleshoot issues and assist developers in resolving bugs.
- Create dashboards (Google Data Studio, Tableau, and/or Power BI)
- Execute data transformations (SQL, DBT)
Skill Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in Data Analyst, Business Intelligence or similar roles
- Experience in working with DBT
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts
- Experience interacting with customers across different organization levels
- You have worked in a consulting-like organization or digital marketing agency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Strong and fluent English
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics
- Strong SQL Skills (you can write complex JOINs, window functions, etc)
