In Merchant Experience, we holistically handle all merchant-related processes. The initiatives undertaken in our area have a direct impact on Allegro’s financial result, as well as on the success and satisfaction of our merchants.
If you are interested in establishing and maintaining business relations with API integrators to ensure they meet our technical and product requirements and business goals then do not hesitate to join the Merchant Experience. You will be a part of the team that will redefine the way Allegro cooperates with both domestic and international integrators.
We are looking for people who:
Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage relationships with API integrators, both locally and internationally.
Are Strategic Thinkers and have ability to develop and implement a strategic vision for API integrations that aligns with overall business goals.
Have experience collaborating with both technical and business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration strategies.
Have University degree (in engineering or product management area)
Have a good level of English (min. B2)
The following are also a plus:
Understanding of technical aspects of API integrations
Up to date knowledge on industry trends and emerging technologies related to API integrations.
Familiarity with API utilization and testing tools (e.g. Postman)
Ability to utilize analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Kibana, Looker Studio) to gather insights on the performance and effectiveness of API integrations

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
Analyze the quality of integrator connection both on technical and functional level
Create strategic plans for successful partner integration
Prepare reports and documents for stakeholders
Conduct meetings with key API partners to communicate requirements and gather feedback
Discuss technical concepts with technology teams
Align with commerce teams on business goals
