M9 Solutions is seeking an Apex Application Designer to work on a government contract for a client located in Laurel, MD. An active TS/SCI with FSP is required.     

 Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces for APEX applications.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize UI designs.
  • Ensure consistent branding and design standards across applications.
  • Develop and implement UI components using APEX page designer, templates, and themes.
  • Customize and optimize APEX themes and templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build and enhance interactive reports, dashboards, and forms to deliver user-friendly experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to gather and translate requirements into design solutions.
  • Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between UI and functionality.

 Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with FSP security clearance is required.
  • Proficiency in Oracle APEX, including page designer, dynamic actions, and APEX plugins.
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including frameworks like jQuery).
  • Familiarity with RESTful Web Services integration in APEX.
  • UI/UX Design Skills:
    • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
    • Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
    • Understanding of accessibility and usability principles.

  • M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Salary Range
$60,000$180,000 USD
