APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECH (FULL TIME) WITH HVAC EXPERIENCE EPA CERTIFICATION position now open to join our awesome maintenance team in Huber Heights Ohio at Pine Run Townhomes! This is a hands on job that will deal with make-readies, work-orders, grounds, and shared on-call.

SCHEDULE:
M-F 8:30-5:30PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays)
No Weekends, On-call every 3 weeks
PAY:
$22-24 an hour

$750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance)
$100 for every week you hold the on-call phone and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency calls

What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
- Snow removal (when applicable)
- Pool maintenance (where applicable)
- Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)
The Experience We Like To See:
- 2+ years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Basic repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
- 2+ years experience in HVAC and/or boiler system knowledge (EPA AND HVAC CERTIFICATION REQUIRED)
- Some knowledge of water heaters both electric and gas
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
- Have basic safety training or be willing to go through basic training within 30/days
