What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform maintenance and repairs based on priority work orders
• Turn & prepare apartments between residents
• Interior & exterior painting/staining
• HVAC troubleshooting & maintenance
• General property maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Maintain clean & organized work areas
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of maintenance experience (apartment, residential, or commercial)
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications (Preferred, but not required)
• Experience with:
  • Drywall, painting, and carpentry
  • Plumbing (including sweating copper pipe)
  • Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
  • Appliance repairs (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, disposals)
• Hands-on demonstration of skills required during the interview
