POSITION: Maintenance Technician Full-Time
SCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 4 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs)
COMPENSATION: $20-22 an hour with a quarterly bonus of up to $750
$500 in tool reimbursement EVERY year!

Responsibilities:-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned-Exterior structural maintenance as needed-Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call systemRequirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent-1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience-Basic plumbing and electrical experience
-EPA Universal Certification a plus
-CPO Certification a plus-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)Benefits and Compensation (for full-time employees):- Competitive pay - Bonus structure to include daily on-call for emergency maintenance ($100 a week and min 1.5hrs paid time on call outs)
