We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ardsley Ridge Apartments in Reynoldsburg, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay up to $22.00/hr. based on experience and qualifications

What We Need from you:
• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification preferred but not required
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
