We're looking for a career oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Williamsburg Way in Columbus, IN. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

• Pay up to $28.00/hr to start

What We Need from you:

• HVAC / Heat Pumps knowledge preferred
• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification required
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation ($100 bonus)
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
