We are currently hiring for an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at our 216 unit community Villa West Apartments located at 2744 SW Villa West Dr in Topeka!

The Important Stuff

PAY: $16-18hr + aggressive lease commissions ($75 per move-in!)

SCHEDULE: 
Tues-Friday 9-6PM
Saturday 10-3PM
Sunday/Monday Off

The Day to Day of Leasing Agents:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
