Monarch is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant/Agent to join our team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota at Eden Park Apartments, a 324 unit property with 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments. This is a great entry-level position within the multifamily housing industry. We are willing to train the right person! No prior experience necessary!
The right candidate must possess strong customer service, sales experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, schedule flexibility and professionalism.

- Compensation: $16 - $18/hour PLUS $50/$75 commissions per new lease

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs

- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
