Monarch is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant/Agent to join our team at Eden Park Apartments, a 324 unit property in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This position is open after a recent promotion!
The right candidate must possess strong customer service, sales experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, schedule flexibility and professionalism. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
A valid driver's license is required to drive any company vehicles to do property tours.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
