Monarch is seeking a Full-Time, Multisite Leasing Consultant/Agent to join our team and assist with Leasing at Park Meadows Apartments in Waite Park, Minnesota. Park Meadows has an award winning team with 324 units. You will have access to amazing online and hands-on training with our knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The Leasing Consultant/Agent will assist our Park Meadows Team with keeping our occupancy rate high by generating leads through posting ads for vacant apartments and conducting in-person property and apartment tours. The right candidate must possess strong customer service skills, sales experience, strong organizational skills, have attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication as well as the ability to keep up with a fast-paced work environment while maintaining professionalism.

- Compensation: $16 - $18/hour PLUS $75/$50 commissions per new lease

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must

- Must be an organized self-starter
