The Painters primary responsibility is to paint/stain interiors and exteriors of the apartment community and vacant apartments. They also assist the Maintenance Manager in making minor repairs in areas such as basic electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance. This position is also indirectly involved in make readies/ turns.
What we are offering:
- Pay starting $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
- Quarterly bonus up to $750.00 every 3 months

What We Need from you:
- Painting and staining experience
- Basic drywall knowledge (training available)
- Basic electrical experience (training available)
- Basic plumbing experience (training available)
- 40 hours per week
- Ability to travel throughout the Sandusky, Oh area, Valid Driver's License and Transportation REQUIRED
