YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
To lead the Asia Pacific commercial finance team, and manage the aspects of Commercial finance planning, analysis and financial reporting process. Lead process for Monthly and Quarterly Forecasting, Annual Budgeting and Long term planning. Business Partner with APAC commercial and marketing leaders to drive Revenue and Throughput margin goals. Lead Asia Pacific commercial finance team, report to Asia business finance director.
Partner with APAC Commercial, Marketing and Business development team leaders to review product line, customer segment, mix, innovation and country sales & margin performance, drive organization revenue and margin goals.
Lead global monthly and quarterly commercial report submission includes but not limited to key account, PLT, top 20 customer, sales bridge etc., ensure timely and qualified submission.
Lead regional report and process on account of all top line and Throughput margin aspects such as week wise sales report, GMSC pricing, mix analysis, provide valid insight along with the reports.
Drive and coordinate periodic business discussions, communicate MBR/QBR agenda or new changes to the senior leadership and finance team.
Manage closing, financial controls, compliance, forecasting, budgeting and process and project improvements with regards to top line and throughput margin.
Collaborate with FP&A ]team to deliver Annual plan, Strat plan on account of all top line, PLT and Throughput margin template and analysis.
Prepare and align the commercial finance annual OGSM with finance LT; Support marketing OGSM from commercial finance standpoint.
Responsible for the data accuracy of business Intelligence commercial reports, guide team to develop customized commercial reports in line with business needs.
Lead country commercial finance team and work closely with country finance BP to understand the business reasons for variances and drive action plans, achievement of top line and Throughput margin targets, ensuring sales accuracy is well delivered.
Take care of the quarterly GPS discussion and periodical individual performance review.
Projects:
Develop and manage mix model and potential automate using BI
Reorganizing marketing reports and provide actionable insights
Partner with Commercial team to create top 10 customer outlook and assess margin performance
Leverage price fx for better tracking pricing and to provide pricing insights
Collaborate with IL team and agree on RACI
Design and development new business tracker
Other key OGSM delivers and projects.
Minimum 4 years experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A
Qualification wise the person should be Charter Accountant
