About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled animator to create a unique and emotionally resonant video project. This commission involves crafting an animated narrative that encapsulates a decade-long love story. The project aims to blend artistic storytelling with animation to produce a high-quality, heartfelt tribute. This opportunity allows for creative expression and close collaboration with the client to bring their cherished memories to life through animation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the client to understand the key moments and emotions of their 10-year journey
• Develop a cohesive visual narrative that effectively tells the love story
• Create animations in 2D, 3D, or another suitable artistic style as agreed upon with the client
• Design characters, settings, and transitions that capture the essence of the couple's relationship

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating narrative-driven animations
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling abilities through animation
• Proficiency in relevant animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, Maya, Blender)
• Excellent artistic skills with the ability to adapt to different animation styles
• Strong storytelling abilities and capacity to translate personal narratives into visual format
