Description:  
This technical and creative video motion designer and animator will be a part of our Integrated Production group, working closely with several brand teams to bring stories to life through editorial expressions of long format work, CTV content, social content, and anthem videos across multiple markets. Considerable command of motion graphics and basic animation is required.  
   
Experience:   
At least 5 years total animation experience, including integrated After Effects and motion graphics process experience. Pharma/Healthcare agency experience a plus  
   
Key Qualities:    
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with strong working knowledge of Ps, Ai, Ae, Pr, Me  
  • 3d experience a plus, C4D preferred  
  • Work samples demonstrating strong animation principals required  
  • Strong understanding of design elements and visual aesthetic   
  • Strong attention to detail.  
  • Strong understanding of delivery specs and formats.  
  • Ability to manage multiple sequences, possibly of several animation/motion projects, in various stages of development, with equal attention to detail.   
  • Experienced in how an agency/studio internal post group works, with basic project lifespan knowledge.  
  • Understanding of basic medical community rules and regulations of marketing materials a plus.  
  • Knack for audio search and edit. Ability to utilize music to resonate with the visual storytelling and make viewer experience more compelling.   
  • General knowledge of stock options and resolution, to assist with creative approach.   
  • Curiosity of emerging tech and trends with desire to use them when applicable. AI generation knowledge a plus    
  • Ability to assess creative ask and offer alternative options to fit budget and timeline when needed.   
  • Ability to communicate opportunities to level-up creative quality of the work.   
  • Passion to create great work, no matter what the budget or timing suggest 
  • Communication style amenable to interact with dozens of brand account leads and creatives, with desire to build strong relationships internally and with clients.  
  • Flexibility with continuous workflow optimization, and openness to share smarter ways of working within our department.
