Analytics Team Leader (Revenue & Merchant Management)

Your main responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day activities of the Merchant and Revenues Analytics team, ensuring they provide qualitative data-driven insights to their stakeholders
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs such as Selection, GMV, Revenue, and other metrics to steer strategic decisions for the Merchant Management team
  • Leveraging available tools and knowledge to create self-service reporting solutions
  • Mentoring and assisting team members to elevate the quality of analytics support and provide actionable recommendations
  • Promoting collaboration across multiple Analytics teams within the Commerce department, driving essential knowledge exchange

This job is for you, if

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in managing Business Intelligence / Analytics teams
  • You know how to choose statistical techniques and data visualization methods adequate to the research problem (Looker Studio, Tableau)
  • You know SQL very well and have experience in working with large database systems
  • You have fluency in English and the ability to create recommendations for the management board in the form of text documents and slides in this language is necessary
  • You are able to identify the problem and propose an effective solution
  • You take full responsibility for meeting the deadlines of your and your team's tasks
  • You know how to organize your and your team's work
  • You are able to cooperate with many stakeholders, while developing effective ways of communication
  • You take care of the development of your team members
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and are able to respect and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
