Your main responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day activities of the Merchant and Revenues Analytics team, ensuring they provide qualitative data-driven insights to their stakeholders
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs such as Selection, GMV, Revenue, and other metrics to steer strategic decisions for the Merchant Management team
- Leveraging available tools and knowledge to create self-service reporting solutions
- Mentoring and assisting team members to elevate the quality of analytics support and provide actionable recommendations
- Promoting collaboration across multiple Analytics teams within the Commerce department, driving essential knowledge exchange
This job is for you, if
- You have at least 3 years of experience in managing Business Intelligence / Analytics teams
- You know how to choose statistical techniques and data visualization methods adequate to the research problem (Looker Studio, Tableau)

You know SQL very well and have experience in working with large database systems
- You have fluency in English and the ability to create recommendations for the management board in the form of text documents and slides in this language is necessary
- You are able to identify the problem and propose an effective solution
- You take full responsibility for meeting the deadlines of your and your team's tasks
- You know how to organize your and your team's work
- You are able to cooperate with many stakeholders, while developing effective ways of communication
- You take care of the development of your team members
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and are able to respect and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
