Role:  Analytics & SEO | Campaign Manager 

Department: Media

Reporting to: Head of Services/Agency Performance Lead

Location: Bucharest, Romania 

Overview: 

Responsible for executing campaigns that fall outside the original scope, as outlined in the client-approved media plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases that align with our target audience and business goals.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking, to improve search engine visibility.
  • Technical SEO: Analyze website technical aspects, such as site structure, XML sitemaps, and mobile-friendliness, to ensure it is optimized for search engines.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that addresses target audience needs and interests.
  • Link Building: Implement effective link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • Financial reporting using the CSS agency.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.

 

Education, skills and behaviours: 

  •                   Native Romanian;
  •                   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  •                   Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
  •                  4+ years of experience on a similar role
  •                  Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
  •                   Numerate and analytical; 
  •                   Proficient in English; 
  •                   PC literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); 
  •                   Strong written and verbal communication skills.                
  •                   Good target orientation e.g. very results driven, ability to work independently
