We are looking for a manager to take our Commercial Business Analytics team from good to great.
Business Analytics is a newly formed team created from what was 4 teams previously. In this role you will lead the commercial half of the Business Analytics team.
Commercial Business Analytics work with marketing, sales and account management to ensure we are delivering a great experience for all our customers. Projects include: scoring client churn risk, providing key reporting to clients, identifying sales opportunities.
You will be based in London and will report to Lydia Monnington, Head of Business Analytics, based in London. You will lead an international team of 4 people.

What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Ensure the team is reaching their full potential. Find projects aligned with team members strengths and build processes that enable the team to be effective. 
  • Increase analytics effectiveness, working as part of the business analytics leadership team to continually iterate to improve the results the team delivers.
  • Be a trusted partner to commercial leads. Work closely with them to identify analytics opportunities and ensure results are embedded in day to day processes.
  • Work with Analytics Engineering and Data Platform to ensure the data and tools we need are available.

What do we need from you? 😎

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant data role, and demonstrated your ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven analysis. 
  • Experience leading and growing high performance analytics teams
  • Great communication skills. Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • At Stuart we use SQL, DBT, Tableau, Superset and Python. Ideally you will know 1 or more of these well.
  • Thriving in dynamic scale-up environments, you contribute to shaping the company's growth trajectory through innovative approaches.
