We're looking for a talented and passionate Analytics Engineer, to join Wildlife's Analytics & Insights team.
Analytics is an integral part of the product development cycle at Wildlife, informing every day-to-day decision from priorities to the release or not of a new feature. It is also fundamental for the management of the company as a whole, guiding resource allocation and investment decisions based on measured performance. Our products and services speed up the analytical work of game PMs and data scientists, as well as bring transparency to business performance for company executives and game general managers. We believe that the data we use and how we look at it creates incentives that deeply influence our company's operation.
As an Analytics Engineer, you will have a key role in designing and maintaining all of our core data ecosystem: from the pipelines that handle billions of events on a daily basis and are used across the company to the BI tool that helps visualize it all. You will have an important role in defining and refining metrics and KPIs that game teams should track to assess their performance, while assisting Data Scientists and others to better analyze their data. You will also be supported by a high-performance multidisciplinary team and mature data stack.
We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success and culture. The right person for this position is curious by nature, and comfortable in a "take the initiative" environment, loves solving problems, and can thrive in a fast and growing business.
