Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. * Promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
Analyze recruitment data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
2 to 3 years of experience with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Experience with sourcing tools.
Recruitment experience in the IT Services and Consulting industry.
