Visa is looking for a talented and driven Strategy and Business Operations Analyst to join Visa DPS. Visa DPS is the leading issuer processor of Visa transactions in the world, processing over 2tn in annual payment volume for banks, credit unions, and fintechs, while providing a full suite of risk management and customer engagement solutions.

As a Strategy and Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in guiding the strategic direction of Visa DPS along with driving organizational alignment and rigor to run the business smoothly. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Visa DPS Strategy, Business Planning & Operations and will work closely with the SVP & GM, Visa DPS. Key Responsibilities

Drive ad hoc analysis and due diligence to provide key business insights

  • Support the annual planning process for Visa DPS through coordination and strong communication across Visa DPS product lines and other Visa teams
  • Support monthly and QBR performance reviews and team meetings
  • Help streamline and optimize the DPS team’s processes, tools and workflows to enhance productivity and collaboration
  • Assist in defining the overall strategy for DPS and lead deep dives/projects on pivotal issues
  • Create presentations and reports for senior management and internal stakeholders
  • Support the development of key metrics (e.g. OKRs, KPIs) for the Visa DPS business and perform ongoing tracking and reporting
  • Contribute to the DPS team's culture and engagement initiatives

This is a hybrid role, with a balance between remote and office work. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), aiming for a 50% or more office presence based on business needs.

WORK AUTHORIZATION  :US work authorization is a pre-requisite for this role as no sponsorship will be available.     

LOCATION:  This role will be based in Highlands Ranch -- no relocation is available 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD) 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of wor experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA) 
  • You have prior experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or a similar role
  • Prior experience in financial services and/or payments is a plus
  • Adaptable to a variety of different work and projects
  • You have excellent project management skills and experience exercising informal authority in a large cross functional team environment
  • You are motivated by outcomes and willing to take necessary actions to complete complex tasks
  • You  have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and insights from multiple sources
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across functions and levels
  • Proactive and effective communicator, experienced in presenting information to all levels  
  • You are strong self-starter who is comfortable in ambiguous environments
  • You are highly adept at PowerPoint and Excel

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 96,600.00 to 130,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
