Events & Experiences
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of events, from conception to execution, ensuring that all events are delivered within budget and timeline.
- Produce experiences consistently in line with the ICONIQ brand and access; assist in coordinating with vendors, and facilities, to manage event details, including décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, venue, budgets, etc.
- Build event landing pages, communications, and marketing collateral; leveraging event and email marketing tools, you’ll track registrations and engage with the investment team to drive attendance.
- Manage contacts and campaigns in Salesforce to track and report on event attendees.
- Proactively build a comprehensive events calendar and strategy in partnership with the broader team. Deliver memorable experiences for our broader network and portfolio.
Communications & Content
What You'll Do:
- Support communication and content plans aligned with organizational goals by writing, managing, and editing internal and external communications.
- Contribute to creation of compelling content initiatives across channels to enhance brand presence and external and internal audience engagement.
- Direct the strategic creation of content and communications that support ICONIQ’s goals for community and internal engagement and embodies our brand.
- Own ICONIQ’s brand voice and provide editorial oversight across the firm in close collaboration with stakeholders across business units and corporate functions.
- Manage external PR firm engagement and media opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Network Intelligence
What You'll Do:
- Develop techniques and initiatives to map and analyze ICONIQ’s global network to inform strategies for community engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams across the firm in harnessing the power of our collective network, identifying opportunities for strategic introductions and connections, and pinpointing levers for community expansion.
- Collaborate with internal technology team to help build and manage our Salesforce customization projects and identify/implement other relevant systems, while helping ensure data hygiene and best practices are maintained to ensure scalability.
- Capture both qualitative and quantitative data through primary and secondary research.
Operations
What You'll Do:
- Support all teams to optimize efficiency by assisting with resource allocation, process improvement, risk management, and budget tracking.
- Encourage active participation and knowledge sharing, manages daily operations, and develops and implements standard operating procedures.
- Direct resource allocation, process improvement, risk management, and budget tracking while fostering teamwork and empowerment through cross functional collaboration, marketing, and creative operations.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing events in a fast-paced environment, with experience or interest in the technology ecosystem (previous venture capital experience preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of leading high-quality, memorable branded experiences for audiences of all sizes, both in-person and online, with a focus on high touch experiences for executives preferred.
- Experience managing event agencies and a variety of external vendors (catering, rentals, AV, design, registration, etc.)
- Experience creating event briefs and requests for approval for external vendors.
- Able to work effectively and adapt quickly in an entrepreneurial, ever-changing environment.
- Design experience is a plus (Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop) for invitations and materials.
- Experience building systems that integrate and synthesize data from various sources to surface actionable insights.
- Relevant editorial experience in journalism or content marketing.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for contributing to the evolving vision of the ICONIQ Studio team.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York or San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $90,000 - $175,000 together with the benefits listed above.
