Analyst Relations Coordinator

Elastic is seeking an entry-level Analyst Relations Coordinator to join our growing team in Costa Rica. This role is pivotal in handling and implementing outreach programs to key industry analysts, ensuring Elastic is represented accurately and positively within the analyst community. Reporting to the Director of Analyst Relations, this position offers an outstanding opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, eager to learn about Elastic's innovative offerings, and looking to develop their skills in communication and program management in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry analysts covering Elastic.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about Elastic's offerings to analysts.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive representation of Elastic in analyst reports and briefings.
  • Coordinate and schedule analyst briefings and meetings, helping to prepare vital materials.
  • Monitor analyst research, responding to and incorporating feedback as appropriate.
  • Maintain and manage Elastic's analyst relations plans, including analyst reports and contacts.
  • Assist in conducting analyst surveys and tracking analyst opinions of Elastic.
  • Support the broader marketing and communications team with insights from analyst relations activities.

What You Bring Along:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in analyst relations, marketing, or a related area; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn about Elastic's technology and market roadmap.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
