You will maintain a Customized Research orientation by managing the day-to-day administration of Customized Research/sales activities and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Qualitative research colleagues to service key clients
  • Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
  • Ensure all proposals, methodologies and job specifications are in line with quantitative requirements and fit with client objectives
  • Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, reporting etc.
  • Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
  • Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

As a Senior Analyst/Analyst in CMI, you will be responsible of maintaining a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned qualitative and quantitative research projects.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of experience in consumer research, better with experience servicing at major market research companies or consulting firms
  • Adept at quantitative analysis and sensitivity in data
  • Ability to design questionnaires and complete reports independently
  • Assistance to senior staffs in managing qualitative and quantitative projects
  • Effective at execution
  • Sufficient knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications especially with Excel and PPT
  • English as working language
  • Comfortable with possible occasional working overtime and business trip
