This person must be extremely innovative, artistic and creative. The Graphic Designer might meet with other departments, listen to their project specifications, and translate their requests into designs. You will work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new project. You will often collaborate on projects with colleagues, take direction from Art Directors and/or Creative Directors and convert them seamlessly into layouts and designs.
- Design fresh new original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
- Assist in the design of products and patterns for the client, retail stores, partnerships, events and more.
- Work closely and creatively with the Product Development, Art Directors & Creative Director on all products.
- Collaborate on implementation of designs to increase product/design performance and improve customer experience.
- Monitor competitors and customer feedback in order to constantly improve performance of our designs.
- Communicate to other departments details on designs/products launching.
- Understand and troubleshoot brand elements as they relate to a product, including imagery, art, illustration and general style standards.
- Understands and carries product through the entirety of its production and manages design tasks in asana; ie art file pass for templates, book file pass for books, as well as file pass off for sampling.
- Pro-actively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on time-lines, deliverables, and hand-offs; take initiative and responsibility to contribute to smooth work flow and project management of key projects and assignments.

- At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong skills in typography, design/pattern application, and/or creation.
- Experience in file preparation for production.
- Experience in illustrations and infographics is a plus.
- Experience in Branding / Visual Identity.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple project timelines, maintain organized files, and deliver final files on time.
