Analyst - IT Support Specialist

Full-Time
  • Configuration and upgrading of Windows, Mac, and Linux OS laptops
  • Installation and configuration of software development-related applications and tools such as Visual Studio, SQL, Outlook, and VPN clients
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues on laptops
  • Providing support to all end users, both internal and external
  • Managing meeting rooms (e.g., projector setup, calling devices)
  • Managing network infrastructure, including access control and CCTV
  • Coordinating with vendors and handling IT/networking assets across US locations as needed

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Office 365, SQL databases, and other software or applications
  • Knowledge of asset management

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with handling access control systems and CCTV management
  • Familiarity with managing meeting room equipment (e.g., projectors, calling devices)
  • Ability to coordinate with external vendors for IT-related tasks
  • This is an Onsite Position
  • This position is for our NYC office, on need basis in our NJ office
  • Salary range: $63K – $72K Gross (includes 10% org bonus
