We’re seeking an Analyst to join our Customer Experience practice, helping to bridge EIP’s investment teams and limited partners (LPs). This role will provide support across a variety of focus areas and across all of EIP’s many funds, from large LP events to critical reporting needs and everything in between.

This is an opportunity to work on a high-visibility team in an established firm driving innovation across the entirety of the energy ecosystem. We’re looking for a driven process-minded individual, who can balance competing workstreams and provide an exceptional limited partner experience and help propel EIP to new heights.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Provide project management support for quarterly deliverables, including quarterly account planning and quarterly business reviews
  • Plan, support, execute, and conduct follow ups in conjunction with firm events for limited partners, both virtual and in person
  • Update and maintain limited partner collateral, including fund reports
  • Support the onboarding of new limited partners and ambassadors
  • Maintain quarterly strategic content calendar
  • Manage and refine customer datasets across different funds
  • Act as point of contact for limited partners for any EIP fund updates and events, both preceding and following
  • Support the onboarding of new limited partners and ambassadors
  • Ongoing dashboard and pipeline maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience, or demonstrated interest in, the energy or climate tech sector
  • Excellent analytical skills and capability
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in fast paced environment
  • An independent mindset and intellectual curiosity
  • A track record of working effectively on a team and being a good teammate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 plus discretionary bonus.
