As a Family Office Advisory team member based in New York, you'll play a crucial role in managing relationships with ultra-high net worth clients within ICONIQ’s Investment Management division. Your responsibilities include supporting Relationship Managers and Family Office Specialists, serving as a point of contact for client needs, understanding client expectations, executing client service strategies, and building trust with key client intermediaries. You'll also facilitate communication between clients and their advisors, manage bill payments, financial account maintenance and lifestyle services, ensuring seamless and personalized service tailored to each client's unique requirements. This role sits within ICONIQ Investment Management which strives to deliver exceptional investment portfolios by harnessing the differentiated capital and strategic strength of the ICONIQ community.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $90,000 - $160,000 together with the benefits listed above.
