• Quality Document control.
• Performs internal quality audit, controls records and quality RAC's and A3.
• Records and controls CSA (Customer Satisfaction Index).
• Sends PPAP's to customers.
• Ensure results and maintenance of the quality system.
• Ensure quality and control of non-conformities of the process and product.
• Ensure the quality and control of corrective and preventive actions in the process (RAC and RAP).
• Updates the PSQ's revision.
• Contact with the customer for approval of PPAP's.
• Representative regarding ISO/TS 16949.
Academic degree in Businees Administration or related area.
Intermediate English
Knowledge in Quality processes.
Knowledge of the tools used in quality.
