Who You Are:

The Compliance Vice President will be responsible for maintaining the Firm’s compliance policies and procedures that are part of our robust compliance program across all business lines including but not limited to Trading, Lending, and Asset Management, focusing on various aspects of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) activities. This will include evaluation of client identification, risk profiles and other assessments. This role will interact with Senior Management, Legal, Technology, as well as clients, investors, and among other groups.

What You’ll Do:

  • Remediating and drafting policies and procedures
  • Assist with drafting responses to law enforcement requests and subpoenas
  • Assist with various regulatory audits and licensing requirements
  • Oversee the end-to-end AML/KYC onboarding process and enhance the KYC refresh process
  • Implement respective BSA/AML and OFAC procedures and recommend procedure improvements based on regulations and industry practices that correspond to the Company's business model
  • Identify compliance and risk issues

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience conducting end-to-end KYC onboarding reviews
  • Experience handling subpoena and regulatory responses
  • Preference for working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6-10 years of experience in compliance roles

Bonus Points: 

  • CAMS certification
  • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, CDD, EDD, and Transaction Monitoring requirements
  • Experience drafting and remediating policies and procedures
  • Experience drafting responses to law enforcement and regulators
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and functions
