As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Amazon Vendor/Seller Account Manager to oversee our Amazon operations from A to Z.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Vendor/Seller Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience in managing Amazon seller and vendor accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms, the ability to optimize listings, manage inventory, and drive sales performance while ensuring a smooth operation from product listing to customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and optimize Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts for multiple products.
- Product Listings: Create and optimize high-quality product listings with compelling content, keywords, images, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Inventory & Order Management: Oversee inventory levels, stock management, and work with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Pricing & Promotions: Implement competitive pricing strategies, manage promotions, deals, and discounts to maximize sales and profitability.
- Advertising & Marketing: Develop and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) to drive sales and improve product ranking.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor account performance metrics (such as sales, ACoS, and customer feedback) and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate regular reports to share insights with the management team.
- Customer Feedback: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, address any negative feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all products meet Amazon’s listing and compliance standards, manage returns, and handle disputes as required.
Requirements
- Experience in Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant).
- Knowledge of inventory management tools and third-party software.
- Experience in driving product launches and managing marketing campaigns on Amazon.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts, with proven results in improving sales and account performance.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's policies, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Amazon's advertising tools (PPC, DSP, and Sponsored Products).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
