We're seeking a Technical Channels Specialist who will support the management of Amazon's portal and other ad hoc tasks to support campaign performance. The ideal candidate has Amazon experience, highly analytical and an excellent communicator.
How you will achieve success:
- Create new listings in Amazon’s portal and update existing listings when necessary.
- Audit listing content and create internal and external tickets; track and be accountable to the on-time completion of your tickets.
- Audit pricing and set up promotions in marketplace portal.
- Analyze data and build out excel sheets.
- Additional marketplace tasks to assist in growing the business.
What experiences will help you in this role:

Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, including writing formulas and organizing large data sets.
- Experience in Amazon’s Seller Central portal; able to learn new data portals and execute within them.
- Communicates effectively with their team to ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is high.
- Comfortable with tracking large projects, following up and holding teammates accountable.
- Understanding of best-in-class listing quality in order to audit and update listings.

- 1-3 years in relevant industry.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
