You will:
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of our online store, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, shipping, and customer service
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
- Define key performance metrics and analyze data to identify issues and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on ecommerce industry trends and technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the customer experience
- Manage operational costs and budgeting
- Hire, train and manage operations team members
Requirements
You are:
- A strategic thinker able to balance optimization with pragmatism
- A caring manager able to develop and motivate your team
- A skilled communicator and relationship builder across the company
- Data-driven in identifying and solving operational bottlenecks
- Excellent with using tools like Excel, SQL, Looker, or Power BI for analysis
You have:
- 5+ years experience in operations roles, ideally for Amazon or ecommerce
- Working knowledge of tools and processes on e-commerce platforms
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain fundamentals
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field
- Demonstrated experience driving brand growth and revenue expansion in a retail environment
- Prior success growing an eyewear of fashion/beauty brand is preferred
