Being part of Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience team will zip you to the cockpit of our ever burgeoning rocketship, where you get to directly shape the experience of the country's next billion e-Commerce users. We are an eclectic mix of 100+ professionals with diverse skill sets ranging from running operations / support, supply chain know-how, analytics and the holy grail, first principles problem solving.

About the Role

As Assistant Manager-  Central Ops, you will work directly with the functional leaders  and take ownership of all business-critical problems from user fulfillment & experience perspective. As the captain of our Supply Chain  Team, you will have complete autonomy within the team and in implementing the processes you will set up along with custodian of Supply planning and performance improvement. Your focus will be to create and improve the operating systems of the org (Strategic planning, Competitive intelligence, building review systems, culture and so on). As part of the team that is launching the  Consolidation Center project for Fulfillment and Experience business unit, this is a tremendous opportunity to work on super interesting 0-1 problems and then scale them 10X.

What you will do

  • Design programs to improve experience metrics, driving improvement in  NPS or relevant operational metrics
  • Own a key part of user experience for one or more of marketplace  participants - our entrepreneurs, our customers, or our suppliers
  • Participate in building strategy & supply planning along with some design nuance as an advocate for better user experience  from the vantage point the programs you own
  • Influence product development choices using data and insights which  originate from in-depth knowledge of your program
  • Drive program adherence with operations teams and continuously solve  edge cases with suboptimal outcomes due to current processes
  • Engage the Meesho Leadership as active  stakeholders in problem-solving for your programs
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of the  programs you own
  • The role requires strong generalist problem solving skills and offers  mobility across different business verticals within the organization

What you will need

  • Proven experience of  2-3 years in relevant domain
  • 2 years of experience in consulting is added advantage
  • Experience in Fulfillment, Supply chain management and the entire supply chain process preferred
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Data driven and inquisitive approach (must have)
