We are seeking an experienced Alliances Solutions Consultant to drive the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with key technology and systems integration partners to drive resale/referral partnerships, joint solutions, integrations, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology, experience in managing partnerships, product presentation and demonstration skills, a strong pre-sales consulting background, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to deliver value.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise for Partners: Act as the primary technical resource for partners, providing in-depth product knowledge and architecture guidance to ensure successful solution integration and deployment.

Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with partners and their clients to design tailored solutions that integrate our SaaS product with partner technologies, ensuring the best fit for customer requirements.

Product and Solutions Enablement: Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop and deliver technical training, workshops, and documentation to enable partners to effectively sell, implement, customize, and support the SaaS solution. This includes providing product demos, certifications, and ongoing technical support.

Pre-Sales Support: Support the pre-sales process by working with partners to articulate the technical value of joint solutions. Participate in technical discussions with prospective customers alongside partners and internal sales teams.

Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and cultivate relationships with key technology partners to drive platform and reseller partnerships, as well as system integrator alliances. Ensure alignment with business goals and drive mutual growth.

Technical Integration: Collaborate with Product Management and partners to design the integration of product integrations, ensuring that joint offerings are seamless, valuable, and meet customer needs and market demand. Provide technical guidance and support to partners during solution design, development, and deployment.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create joint go-to-market plans with partners. This includes co-branded solutions, product positioning, and creating marketing materials to support joint initiatives.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through partner channels by identifying new opportunities by driving pipeline generation requirements, supporting partner sales cycles, and ensuring customer success with integrated solutions.
Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in pre-sales consulting, alliances, partnerships, or business development, within a SaaS company. Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with technology vendors, systems integrators, or channel partners.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, APIs, and integration processes. Ability to engage in technical discussions with partners and internal teams to ensure successful product integration.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Strong project management and organizational skills.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical certifications or an MBA is a plus.
