Albanian Content Moderator (Lisbon)

  • Reviewing and moderating texts, images, videos and other content uploaded by users, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Identifying and taking swift action against inappropriate, offensive or rule-breaking content.
  • Keep detailed records of actions taken, contributing to moderation reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving moderation processes.
  • Monitor updates to policies and guidelines to ensure consistency in decisions.
  • Residence Card in Portugal or Work Visa or UE Passport.
  • Native or fluent in Albanian (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday (mandatory).
