What will you be doing in this role?
- Supervises all airside activities to ensure airside safety and efficient airport operations following International and National Rules and Regulations.
- Performs the Follow-Me guidance of aircraft and the Aircraft Removal.
- Monitors the traffic safety airside and guides unauthorized vehicles.
- Monitors the airside facilities and the airside construction works on the safety aspect and notifies of any deficiencies.
- Performs wildlife control management, the runway friction measurement, and winter operations according to the departmental procedures.
- Inspect the facilities to identify Health & Safety Hazard.
Requirements
Do you fulfill the required skills?
- At least High School Diploma or Vocational Upper Secondary School Diploma.
- At least 3 years of airport experience, preferably in airside operations.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Driving license.
- HCAA / ATC Radiotelephony Certificate (RTF) would be considered an asset.
- Fulfilled Military Obligations (if appropriate).
