● Quality Control and Grade all Podcast (Baked-in and Dynamic), and Radio against the provided script and client compliance before the listed client calls/deadlines.
● Send weekly aircheck reports to the account director and campaign manager.
● Upload Airchecks Request documents to the Vendor database
● Work with the Media team to confirm missing aircheck receipts with networks.
● Accurately label the reasons for missing airchecks on the Vendors’ database.
● Promptly notify the media team and accounts team of discrepancies between booked and cleared media schedules based on aircheck data.
● Accurately fill out the radio airchecks toolkit documenting the shows that ran based on the post-logs.
● Flag any “auto-grading” errors to vendors
● Manage internal and client-facing toolkits ensuring automation is operating correctly.
● Add Airchecks sent by emails to dropbox and current sheets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Quality Control of mass media
- Bachelors degree related
- Ease of working with other departments
- Report accuracy
- Strong emphasis on accuracy, detail, and follow-through.
