We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and passionate, AI RAN Network Design Engineer to join our RnD team and contribute to the design and optimization of our AI-powered Radio Access Network (RAN). As an AI RAN Network Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to optimize network performance, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency.

- You know what a Cellular Network is and how it looks like from first -hand
- You have a proven record for cellular network optimization and design aspects
- Big advantage track of ML / AI applications with optimization flavor for cellular networks
- You are an independent and fast learner
What you'll do:
- You would be a part of a small RnD team that would develop AI/ML applications for our product
- Define AI/ML-based algorithms that utilize the available data
- Develop PoC of the defined algorithms at a small scale
- Be responsible for algorithm business logic behavior to fit real network scenarios, allowing integration into company product
- Support the rollout of ML applications in the field
What you should have:
- Proven record of AI/ML applications development and integration in real-life systems
- Experience in market-leading ML frameworks
- Cellular network design practice and optimization challenges
- Ability to define data engineering needs and capabilities – an advantage
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, network topologies) – advantage
- Experience in one or more of the following: Python (a must), C, C++, Java, Go, Perl, Ruby, Bush – an advantage
- A systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a sense of ownership and drive
- Effectively communicates in a dynamic and fast-paced team
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Education:
- B.Sc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Software Engineering
