About the Company:
AlphaGrep is a quantitative trading and investment firm founded in 2010. We are one of the largest firms by trading volume on Indian exchanges and have significant market shares on several large global exchanges as well. We use a disciplined and systematic quantitative approach to identify factors that consistently generate alpha. These factors are then coupled with our proprietary ultra-low latency trading systems and robust risk management to develop trading strategies across asset classes (equities, commodities, currencies, fixed income) that trade on global exchanges.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design, key technology research, and implementation of deep learning algorithm frameworks.
- Optimize the framework based on business scenarios, enhancing its stability and usability, and improving model training efficiency.
- Integrate the framework with AI platforms, establishing advanced training scheduling mechanisms, automated training frameworks, model evaluation systems, and inference optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
- Strong foundation in deep learning algorithms, proficient in common deep learning and machine learning algorithms, and capable of conducting innovative algorithm research.
- Proficient in the underlying architecture and mechanisms of at least one deep learning framework (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MxNet, Paddle, etc.). Proficiency in PyTorch is preferred.
- Excellent programming skills, proficient in C++/Python.
- Passionate about cutting-edge technology, with the ability to independently drive the exploration and implementation of new technologies.
Prefer to have:
- Published papers in top international conferences or journals (including but not limited to NIPS, ICML, CVPR, COLT).
- Familiar with Kubernetes cluster usage, InfiniBand/RDMA technology.
- Knowledge of MLOps-related technologies with experience in applying algorithms and frameworks in this domain.
