About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI Product Manager to join our team at OKX. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and optimizing growth-related AI models, such as LTV prediction, Recommendation, AI operation agent. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive the application of AI in our growth strategies, enhance user experience, and optimize business decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and Optimize AI Models: Lead product design, development, and optimization of AI models to drive growth, including but not limited to LTV prediction, user segmentation, churn prediction and AI agent.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data science, AI engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of AI strategy / product from concept to implementation.

Product Vision and Strategy: Deeply understand business needs to define product vision and strategy, translating them into detailed requirements and prototypes.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, making data-driven decisions to enhance accuracy and effectiveness.
What We Look For In You:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the space of AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.

Strong understanding of AI modeling techniques, especially Transformer models, particularly in growth contexts.

Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:

Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow).

Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
