Your main missions:
- Work on ambitious customer transformation projects involving AI and generative AI across a wide range of business functions and processes.
- To define the architecture and orchestration strategy implemented within AI and generative AI projects, to leverage the best open source and cloud technologies and services.
- Define the overall AI / GenAI strategy and organization for multinational customers, supporting the implementation of Centers of Excellence and Factories
- Define and implement sustainable AI development and management processes, in line with Responsible AI principles.
- Depending on your experience, you may have different responsibilities on projects :
- needs analysis, design, development, integration of applications and technological solutions, but also project management and customer relations activities, and research on complex subjects.
Supported by our Innovation Factory, our center for innovation and research into data and artificial intelligence, we are working on a wide range of projects.
Here are a few examples of recent projects:
- Definition of an AI and GenAI strategy for a major industrial player, including the identification and qualification of its use cases, and the definition of a Target Operating Model for the refactoring of its technology platform.
- Definition of an end-to-end transformation strategy to improve customer engagement for a major telecom player, leveraging the implementation of several solutions based on generative AI.
- Implementation of generative AI solutions within a bank, to transform IT businesses.
- Implementation of generative AI solutions within a telecom player, to optimize IT team productivity and reduce time to market.
- Definition and implementation of an AI platform for a major healthcare player.

Qualifications
- You have an engineering degree or a Master's in a field related to Data and AI.
- You have knowledge of various programming languages and design techniques (e.g. Python, SQL, cloud technologies - AWS, GCP, Azure...). Knowledge of .Net platform, C#, C++, Java, web development, R, Node.js, AngularJS, React would be a plus.
- You are familiar with foundation models (e.g. OpenAI GPT, Palm, Bloomz, Titan, LLama, Mistral, etc.) and GenAI orchestration (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.).
- You are skilled in Machine / Deep Learning, Computer Vision, sound (audiotranscript, etc.), AI Solutions (virtual agents, robotic process automation, intelligent case processing, etc.).
- You wish to contribute your technical and business expertise.
- You are fluent in English and good communication skills.
- You have a strong interest in cutting-edge technologies and user experience.
