AI and Automation Internship (Valencia, Full Time)

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and automation? Do you have a knack for problem-solving and a drive to push the boundaries of technology? We are looking for an enthusiastic AI and Automation Intern to join our team and help our agents achieve more by automating day-to-day operations and driving business to a higher level.

What you do:

You will work closely with our Customer Happiness and Improvements team to implement AI and Automation strategies for our Operations teams. We are looking for someone who can think independently and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working on projects related to machine learning, natural language processing, or robotic process automation. You will actively participate in team discussions, bringing forward innovative ideas to enhance technology solutions.

• Engaging in operational planning and scaling efforts, helping democratize automation capabilities across teams.

• Contributing to coding, testing, and debugging software applications and algorithms.

• Utilizing strong facilitation skills to bring diverse opinions into a common set of goals and objectives.
