AI and Automation Delivery Specialist/ Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic AI and Automation Delivery Specialist/ Project Manager to drive the delivery of innovative products, including AI model creation, MVPs, and automation solutions as a part of the Global Innovation office. This hybrid role combines project management, Agile facilitation, and delivery leadership, ensuring the successful execution of high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands-on, delivery-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of delivering impactful projects, strong technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery of AI models, MVPs, and automation solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of new AI models, MVPs, and automation tools into existing systems.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track results with metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Guide the team in implementing Agile best practices to optimize delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Remove obstacles to ensure the team can deliver high-quality outputs efficiently.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and data scientists to prioritize work and meet delivery goals.

This hybrid role requires candidates to work in the office in Gurgaon.

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery, Agile facilitation, or innovation roles, preferably in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Proven ability to deliver complex AI/ Automation projects, including the development of AI models and MVPs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent project planning and resource management skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in working with Power Automate, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI
• Strong knowledge of AI models
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML model development or automation tools.
• Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Agilist.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and innovation methodologies, such as Lean Startup or Design Thinking.
