Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Lead and managed the Chopper station, overseeing the production and preparation of ingredients with exceptional knife skills and precision
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, portion sizes, and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen station
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of dishes
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and availability, proactively addressing any issues and maintaining high standards
  • Contribute creative ideas and recommendations for menu development and improvement
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, inspiring excellence and fostering a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Only for Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Chopper Chef in a reputable Chinese restaurant
  • Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, with HACCP certification preferred
  • Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is a plus
  • Diploma degree in Culinary or certified equivalent professional training in a related major. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
