Key Responsibilities:
Bank Tie-Ups & Partnerships: Establish and manage strong relationships with banks for business tie-ups. Facilitate the deployment of EDC/POS services and maintain existing relationships to drive business growth.
Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Conduct market research, generate leads, and develop strategies to increase the penetration of EDC/POS and SB services in the market.
Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BDMs to achieve sales targets. Ensure the team delivers quality enrollments and activations regularly. Provide coaching and feedback to drive performance.
Sales & Enrollments: Drive sales of EDC/POS devices and services. Ensure the team regularly conducts enrollments and achieves set sales goals.
Branch Activation & Capex Revenue: Ensure activation of branches for EDC/POS and SB deployments. Meet revenue targets by driving sales and achieving capex revenue goals.
Networking & Market Presence: Build and maintain a strong network within the banking and payments ecosystem. Represent the company in industry events and meetings. Ensure extensive travel across the assigned geography for business development.
Quality Control & Timely Execution: Ensure all processes, enrollments, and installations are completed within the defined timelines (TAT) while maintaining high quality and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in Bank Tie-ups, Relationship Management, and Sales (EDC/POS or related services).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
Results-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
Strong market knowledge and an ability to identify potential business opportunities.
