Brillio is looking for Agile Transformation Lead who have experience Leading Agile adoption, enablement, transformation at Scale.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:
 
Lead Agile adoption, enablement, transformation, @Scale (multiple teams, programs, large solutions) size of 150/200+; current ways-of-working assessment, gap analysis, transformation backlog and roadmap.
Create / re-configure team topologies and organization for agile ways-of-working alignment.
Conduct agile maturity assessments, and continually review and ensure teams improvement can be measured.
Coach Agile Teams, SMs, POs, Program / Product Managers on Lean-Agile culture, mindset, principles, practices and ways-of-working.
Drive (or part of Transformation team) org level Transformation & Change, with Leadership / Senior Management; experience with Org. Change Management frameworks, such as Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, etc., will be an advantage.
Facilitate team and program (@Scale) level Agile events / ceremonies (including PI planning and ART events), and maintain artifacts (Program and Team Boards)
Implement agile scaling frameworks - SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, DAD, Nexus, etc., or a contextualized framework as needed.
Build high performance teams, including conflict management, team dysfunctions, etc.
Lead / facilitate agile planning, estimation and sizing at team and program levels.
Be part of Value Stream related activities - Value Stream identification, mapping, analysis, etc.
Conduct agile training and certification; workshops, bootcamps etc. for varied topics.
Lead / be part of solution team for POVs, RFPs and RFXs; for agile dev. services solutions.
Co-facilitate (with SMEs) tech excellence related to DevOps, Continuous Delivery, CI-CD, Testing (automation) and Tech pipelines.
Mentor and guide usage of Agile related metrics at team, program and product levels; boards (Scrum, Kanban, Program) and create contextualized reports / dashboards; drive agile related governance.
Create Business Cases, work on Lean budgeting / costing / finance, and funding Value Stream practices at the program and portfolio level.
Use ALM tools across teams and program / product management and collaboration, such as - ADO Boards, Jira, Jira Align, Digital.ai Agility (VersionOne), Rally, Teams, digital Whiteboards, MS Office/360, etc.

Experience & Qualifications

Certified in at least one agile scaling framework - SAFe, Scrum@Scale, etc. - SAFe-SPC, SAFe-RTE, Scrum@Scale Practitioner, or an equivalent.
Certified in Agile Coaching - ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, or an equivalent.
Certified in Scrum and / or Kanban - CSM, SAFe-SM, PSP, or an equivalent.
Experience playing the role of an Agile Coach and Scrum Master for at least 3-5 years each.
Have been part of or led Agile / Transformation Office and has been a key member or led agile transformations @Scale.
Have been part of led Agile CoEs and / or CoPs.
Extensive experience in SDLC, IT project / program / delivery management.
Experience in PO and Product Management related agile practices, including but not limited to backlog maintenance (Epic, Feature, Story), value delivery and measurement, converting user needs into Features and Stories.
Extensive usage of Agile related metrics at team, program and product levels; usage of Scrum, Kanban, Program and other boards.
Strong hand-on usage of ALM tools across teams and program / product management and collaboration, such as - ADO Boards, Jira, Jira Align, Digital.ai Agility (VersionOne), Rally, Clarity, ServiceNow, Teams, Slack, Miro, Mural, digital Whiteboards, MS Office/360.
PPM tools experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
Can engage with leadership, CXOs, senior management, their agile coaches and senior agile practitioners.
Represent the organization in internal and external agile forums.
Ability to demonstrate thought leadership will be an added advantage.
Exhibits and can coach on lean-agile leadership; embraces agile values and principles.
Demonstrates strong retrospection, inspection and adaptation behaviour.
Demonstrates Project to Product mindset and ways-of-working.
