What you need to become our newest Agile Trainer
- You can inject energy into any room and ensure that your participants leave the training excited to make positive change.
- You will deliver Elabor8 courses and other training courses as you become certified to do so.
- Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
- Conduct workshops, simulations, and real-world exercises to reinforce Agile concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest Agile trends and best practices to continuously improve training delivery.
- You’re a certified trainer who has background experience in Agile, tooling and leadership training.
Qualifications:
- Must currently reside in Canberra, Australia, or be willing to travel to Canberra as required.
- Minimum of 5 years as an Agile Trainer.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels and in all types of organisations.
- ICAgile Authorised Instructor, SPC, PST, AKT or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience with tooling training such as JIRA or Trello is a bonus.
